1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, generating API keys, or using the JamsrPay platform, payment gateway, SDKs, or hosted checkout interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Non-Custodial Architecture & Responsibilities

JamsrPay provides non-custodial software infrastructure for processing cryptocurrency payments and automated mass payouts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• JamsrPay does not take custody of, hold, or manage merchant or customer cryptocurrency funds.
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet private keys, API secrets, and 2FA credentials.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. JamsrPay cannot cancel, reverse, or refund executed transactions.

3. Platform Fees & Free Trial

JamsrPay provides a 30-day free trial for new merchant accounts. Following the trial, JamsrPay charges a flat 0.5% transaction processing fee on successful checkout volume. Merchants holding native JamsrPay tokens in their fee wallet unlock discounted processing rates.

4. Prohibited Uses & Compliance

You agree not to use JamsrPay Services for illicit activities, including money laundering, financing terrorism, selling illegal goods or services, or violating applicable international sanctions.
