Do you custody customer or merchant funds?

No. JamsrPay is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys or touch your balance sheet. Payments route directly from customer wallets to your designated merchant wallet address.

How does settlement work?

Once confirmed on-chain, JamsrPay instantly detects the transaction, cryptographically signs and broadcasts a webhook notification, and your funds settle directly to your self-custody wallet in real-time.
